We are a group of home health physical therapists, serving the Central Texas area since 2002. Our initial business has been providing home health therapy by partnering with home health agencies. We still do, but often times our patients desire to continue therapy when Medicare or other Insurance benefits are exhausted. In some cases, home health benefits end prior to the patient improving to their full potential and therefore, becoming unable to achieve their desired quality of life. This situation has prompted us to develop our Direct Care business. Now, we are able to help you or your loved one reach the Physical Therapy goals in the privacy of your home on a private pay basis. Hinman & Associates is a direct care/private pay services with no deductibles, no co-pays, no denials, no limitations on the number of visits desired by the patient. Allowing us to practice physical therapy the way our professors in school trained us. By serving the patients directly, we have regained the memory of why we became health care professionals.

Mitchell Hinman, the founder of Hinman & Associates, is dedicated to the wellness of each and every person who he encounters. Starting back in 1995, seeing patients in the East Texas area, he grew to love Home Health, soon there after he moved to Belton, Texas and continued with contract therapy services. After several years in Central Texas I came to the realization that I need to make a change and get back to the essentials that I loved....inspiring the addition of Direct Care services. When Mitch isn't in the home helping patients, he enjoys life at home or being outdoors playing disk golf, fishing or hunting.
Adam Fossett and has been with Hinman & Associates since 2004 and a Physical Therapist for over 19 years. Like Mitch he thrives at helping people to improve their quality of life and independence through physical therapy in their home environments.
Danita is a Physical Therapist Assistant licensed since 2006. She has a solid knowledge of comprehensive therapy rehab procedures and excellent direct patient care skills. Reputation as a self-directed professional with superior problem solving, communication, and team player skills. Rehab experience includes all geriatric settings with an emphasis on home health. Patients love her!
Technical competence and a caring heart can provide a manageable or even completely successful outcome for a traumatic injury. After receiving a Master of PT from Texas Tech University, Kathye has over 20 years of hands-on PT experience in Clinical and Home Health practices in Texas including 10 years of work in an Inpatient Rehabilitation Hospital in Louisiana. Let her provide you and your family with the therapeutic interventions and care that promote a better life. Kathye loves singing & playing guitar, gardening, and visiting family.
Lori's zest for life and ability to motivate others to focus on not only their physical health but their inner healing is motivated by her history of competitive sports background. Lori became inspired by her team of trainers and Physical Therapists that kept her "in the game" on many levels which lead her to pursue her degree. Lori has been a PTA since 2001 with a background mostly in long term care, outpatient and home health.
